Booking Policy

• Visa, Master Card and cash are accepted
• A credit card number is required to hold the reservation
• No pets please
• Check-in after 3 pm
• Check-out 11 am
• No smoking in the suites please. Smoking is permitted outside

Deposit for Absolute Heaven Oceanfront Suites and Spa

A deposit of one nights room rate or 50% of entire stay (whichever is greater) is processed by credit card at the time of reservation to guarantee booking. The balance is due upon arrival or on your originally scheduled date of arrival (whichever is earlier) and is charged to your credit card at that time. Reservations are guaranteed only upon receipt of deposit.

Cancellation Policies:

Current date to December 31, 2009

• Our cancellation policy is 14 days advance notice.
• Please call at least 2 weeks prior to the date of your arrival if you are not able to keep your reservation.
• If you cancel with less than 14 days notice we reserve the right to fully charge for all nights for which we were unable to secure a replacement booking. We will issue a full refund for all nights that we were able to rebook.

2010 — January, February, March

• Cancellations require notice no less than 30 days prior to arrival date for a full refund; cancellations less than 30 days, sorry but there is no refund.
• A 50% deposit is payable at time of booking.
• Balance payable 30 days prior to arrival.
